Arowana sturgeon

Sturgeon Arowana Also known as sturgeon, belonging to the family Acipenseridae, huge size, is the world’s largest freshwater fish, is also one of the most ancient of fishes.

There are two wild sturgeon regional distributions : one will be in the Eastern Europe, Caspian Sea and the Black, another one is Eastern Asia and North Western Region. Measurement of body generally is 2 to 3 meters long, the longest is 7 to 8 meters, the average weight is 200 to 400 kg, however, there are many sturgeon weighing more than 1000 kg.

While the edible sturgeon Arowana are artificial breeding, the growing environment as much as rainbow trout, is one of the famous local fish in Valley.
